How do I return or exchange an item?

Step 1 : Request a return/exchange form *

Please send an email to info@slimthing.co.uk within 7 days of the receipt of the item requesting a return/exchange form, stating in the email the reason for the return/exchange and we shall email you a SlimThing Return Form.

Please Note that for all underwear returns or exchanges we can only accept items in their original, unworn condition unless they were faulty or damaged when you received them.

For all other items, we offer a full refund or exchange on items that do not fit or simply are not right for you as long as they are returned in their original condition and only worn to be tried on.

 

Step 2 : Print and complete the return/exchange form

Print and complete this form in its entirety and we encourage you to provide us feedback on how we can serve you better in the future.

Step 3 : Package items for return

Wrap item(s) carefully and enclose the completed Return/exchange form with item(s).

Step 4: Ship package

Mail the package to the address below within 14 days or original receipt of the item. Please be sure to insure your package for we cannot take responsibility for packages that do not make it back to our warehouse.

 

Please note that we can only accept Returns/Exchanges with a completed Returns /Exchange form.

The easiest way to exchange an item is to place another order at www.slimthing.co.uk for the goods you really want and send the original goods back as a return (see instructions for returns above). Once we receive your return we will credit your credit card. The credit should appear within 10-14 days after we received your return.

Again, please note that we can only accept exchanges on items if the return item is received in it’s original, unopened condition.

Damaged goods or mis-shipments

At slimthing.co.uk, we are committed to delivering high quality products to our customers. We employ several quality checks before an item leaves our warehouse. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact one of our SlimThing Reps. We will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement or refund (if necessary). Our number is 0844 561 7493 (UK Number). We are open Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. If you are unable to reach us during these hours. Please email us using the contact form and we shall contact you as soon as possible.

Who pays for return shipping?

For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. However, if we’ve made a mistake and sent you incorrect merchandise, or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of your original shipping, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
